Gynecomastia is a common unwanted side-effect for men taking anabolic steroids. Some of these men may notice so-called ‘early warning signs’ of gynecomastia. These can include nipple tenderness, itchiness over the nipple area or maybe underarm, a fullness to the nipple, and maybe some lumps around or below it.
