The Nuffield Health North Staffordshire Hospital was opened in 1978 with funds raised by the local community. The hospital is modern and well-equipped with 40 en suite bedrooms. There are 2 operating theatres, a busy outpatient department and physiotherapy, pathology and diagnostic imaging.
