I'm a passionate Yoga Teacher and Massage Therapist with great understanding of how the body works. In Yoga as in Massage I ensure that all my treatments come from a balanced centre place. With the combination of several techniques I see the body from a holistic point of view to provide my students and clients effective relaxation, stress reduction, ache/pain relief and movement restoration.
