At Nataraj Studio we offer daily classes in a wide variety of yoga styles for students of all levels of experience. We also offer pilates, meditation, private yoga classes and yoga therapy. All of our teachers and healthcare practitioners are certified instructors. We encourage you to try different classes so you can find a practice that feels right for you.
