They may also just feel uncomfortable taking on the hassle and risk due to the lack of experience, knowledge or enthusiasm for tasks ranging from finding and vetting a tenant to dealing with maintenance problems amongst others.

We shoulder that burden for you while giving you the knowledge your property is in the best hands thereby allowing you to concentrate on other issues.

Unlike other management agents, we do not believe in charging a high management fee thereby making you the Landlord pay for costs not incurred. Rather you are only charged any additional costs if and when the situation arises.

Therefore, in a good month (where there are no additional services apart from our basic services) you will only pay 5% as opposed to paying 10-15% charged by most management agents.
