Being fit is my passion, and to talk about fitness with people is my idea of fun. I’m a man in his 30s, living in Chicago, who got really passionate about losing his belly fat to get some female attention. It grew bigger than that, eventually, and now I am a gym rat, with a masters in Biochemistry and now aspiring to dismantle some fitness myths making the rounds on the internet. I’m also an avid reader and love to cook healthy recipes I find of the internet. And someday, I hope to have a big gym of my own where i train people willing to learn.
