Marilyn has been in various leadership roles for more than 25 years. As an owner/broker, she lists and helps buyers find the home that fits their needs and wants. She also oversees the property management area of Heritage Park Realty. Through all of her experience she has made solid relationships throughout central Florida and has also worked with many international clients. She is ABR accredited (A Buyers Representative) and SRS accredited (Sellers Representative Specialist)
Sam Eckerson has been in various leadership/sales roles the last 10 years, including but not limited to the Kissimmee Chamber of Commerce. His mission in life is people! Dan Luehrs has many years of experience as our maintenance manager and our go to guy for many things. He is great at problem solving and owners love him as he can help get their property ready to move into or to sell.
Macy Billa brings to us her ability to be precise with numbers as our bookkeeper, working with owners statements for property management, account receivables and account payables and working closing with our accountant.
