As a designer at KMD, my role was to generate façade studies and provide conceptual planning and design for the ground and second level. I am seeking demanding clients who have high expectations for their project. The project is a 400 million dollar high-rise situated in an existing pond per Saarinen’s original master plan for the Warren Tech Center Campus. Clear organization, simple forms and primary colors were utilized to integrate the tower within the existing architecture of the campus.
