Thank you first of all for visiting my page to learn a bit more about what this page is about. I chose the name Feel Good Fitness because I believe that our greatest wealth, is our personal well-being. If we neglect our health, it will effect all other aspects of life. Put simply, this page is about building a community through education about exercise, nutrition and wellness. I hope everyone can learn about themselves through this community, and apply healthier habits moving forward. Don't hesitate to ask questions.
