Rockford Traditional Karate Organization

Our Karate Programs is a non-for-profit youth outreach program that has been operating in Rockford and the surrounding comminities since 1994. Our programs teaches students self control, self descipline, self respect and respect for others through the diligent training of traditional Shotokan karate.
