Nashville native James Flexer began practicing law in 1981 and, after witnessing the ruthless collection practices used by creditors, decided to represent debtors who have fallen on hard times and need to file for bankruptcy protection.  With 35 years of experience, the staff of Flexer Law has now expanded to help people through not only bankruptcy but also divorce and family issues, personal injury, Social Security disability, and criminal defense.  We're conveniently located in 3 office locations throughout Middle Tennessee: Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Columbia.
