What do we do?
We're a husband/wife team. Husband is a real estate closing Attorney who can do a title search and real estate closing (and fix many title problems, probate issues, etc) at no cost. Wife is a realtor who can avoid those fees and resell the property for free (to us). All of these avoided fees mean that we can offer more for your house than others!

We are the 'end' investor: the investor who renovates a property for resale, as opposed to an investor who tries to resell the property to other investors.

We make our money on the renovation and 'flip' of the house. If we renovate and create $20,000 worth of value, we make $20,000. Other investors will try to convince you to sell them your house for such a low price that they can resell the property to another investor and make $$$ without renovation. Those are the investors to avoid: those that are not end users.

The 50% owner of the property is a general contractor, who is able to pull his own permits and coordinate crews to perform the work. We don't need to hire and pay a middle-man to renovate your property.

The other 50% owner is a real estate agent who can market and sell the property, avoiding real estate fees for the company. She also allows us to reduce our costs.

We reduce our costs and we can pay you more $$ for your property!
