This is a real massage therapy session like one you might have at your gym or chiropractor's office, but it's in a studio setting so it's more low-key and there's less traffic. Usually, we'll use a fusion of Sports Massage, Shiatsu, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Technique & Reiki to create a session that is thorough, deep and relaxing. I've been a licensed massage therapist and healer practitioner for over 9 years, so ultimately, my goal is to help you relax and feel more connected to your Body, Mind and Spirit.
