We will produce an action plan with an itemised spreadsheet detailing everything from the quantity of nails through to the finishing touches. This plan will include deadlines for each phase of work, so you know exactly what is happening when. As well as clarifying when you can expect things to happen, you will also know the timing of each payment helping you manage cash flow.
We will ask you to sign a JCT Agreement for Minor Building Works, meaning that both start and completion dates are set in contract, giving you further reassurance that everything will happen when we say it will. The JCT Agreement means we only receive full payment when you are fully satisfied we’ve finished the job – a guarantee we are more than happy to make. At this stage we will also provide evidence of Public and Employers’ Liability insurance policies.
