Impact Advertising Services was founded in 1996 to service a niche in the advertising, marketing and public relations industry. That niche was a marketing firm that puts customer service right up there with creative development. Impact Advertising Services considered itself as a marketing communication company rather than an advertising agency. In a nutshell, Impact is a full-scale advertising and PR agency combining creative, strategic and technological resources, to provide client-focused marketing communication, design and production solutions. In 2008, Impact Advertising Services had grown to an extent that it required to change its status to that of a corporate concern. So it got itself registered under Companies Ordinance 1984 .
