After spending years interacting with parents and families while owning a motor skill development gymnastics program, my mother (Toni) and I (Jessica) realized that the single best way to educate and build trust with a parent, a child, was face to face - to be able to see the whites of their eyes. We have both worked in the health and wellness industry for decades - she via food and healing and more recently training to be a certified CHOPRA educated Ayurvedic lifestyles teacher, and myself having worked in the biotech industry researching and viewing disease from the very micro level.
