Dr Randle has spent 11 years in private practice in the United States where he performed a number of reconstructive procedures. These included craniofacial surgery, cleft lip surgery, breast reconstruction, and microsurgery. He no longer concentrates on these areas as his primary focus is now on aesthetic surgery.

Dr Randle has worked with numerous surgeons from around the world. He previously lectured at Emory University, Northside Hospital, St Joseph's Hospital, and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta where he was a consultant plastic surgeon. He was also an examiner for the American Board of Physician Specialties for plastic surgical trainees.
