The Brazil & Kraemer company arose from the coexistence of two neurosurgeons trained by Professor Nelson Pires Ferreira, after finishing their homes in the traditional Neurosurgery Service of the Hospital San José, Santa Casa de Porto Alegre. Over the last thirty years, the two presented their practices to different areas of interest: Dr Kraemer - intracranial diseases; Dr Albert - column diseases. Working in different areas within the neurosurgery, they formed their society because they share the same principles in the practice of medicine: continued adherence to technical innovation, respect for the principles of ethics and commitment to patients.
