Services are provided by general practitoners from Mackay GP practices with a preference for accredited practices. Advice is available from on call specialists when necessary. Registered nurses assist the GP and staff at the service. The service of offers efficient, timely, quality care 365 days a year and is open all public holiday's, weekends and every night of the year. On-site radiology and pathology services are available.
