Real Food Dietitian provides dietitian services and nutrition care to Tasmania's. We offer in clinic consultations at our Battery Point location but also provide outreach services to rural and remote areas of Tasmania, nursing home services and in-home visits. We offer Medicare/health fund rebates on the spot and provide subsidized rates for those on a GP Chronic Disease Management Plan. All dietitian services to any DVA card holders incur a no out of pocket cost and bulk billing may also be available. We are passionate about patient care and preventative health. We ensure all clients are thoroughly assessed, their nutritional status is evaluated and ongoing care is provided. Our dietitians are recognized as accredited practicing dietitians, accredited nutritionists and members of the Dietitians Association of Australia.
