Canadian Office & Professional Employees Union (COPE) Local 378 represents about 14,000 union members at public and private sector companies in British Columbia. COPE members run our union. We operate under a democratic structure, with all union officers elected by the members in their workplace. All workers in British Columbia have a right to join a union.
