Van Peterson Designs is a high-end contemporary jewellery boutique based in Chelsea. Established 30 years ago, Van Peterson prides themselves on their customer service and as a result have a very loyal customer base including faces from the worlds of fashion, film and music.

Designs use sterling silver, 18k gold and a mix of precious and semi-precious stones. Many designs are limited edition pieces.

Immediate success inspired them to concentrate on elaborating their own pieces, which now form their entire collection. This success has opened the door to many opportunities from giving talks at top London Universities to judging Retail Jeweller design awards.

Taking inspiration from their extensive travels to the Far East and collecting new and interesting semi-precious stones for their eclectic designs, which make them easily distinguishable. Their pieces strike a balance between ethnic and modern, making them a favourite among fashion stylists, as well as celebrities including Charlize Theron, model Poppy Delevigne, Charlie Watts of The Rolling Stones, Annie Lennox, David Bowie, Ringo Starr and the late Princess of Wales.

As well as their selection of stunning pieces in store and online, they also design and make many bespoke items for their celebrity clients.

Van Peterson designs are often featured in the pages of Elle, Harpers, Tatler and Vogue as well as the fashion pages of major newspapers and are now an established designer brand stocked in various boutiques in the UK and abroad.

Eric and Lin met in the original Hard Rock Café and in the late 1970’s they started out selling vintage clothes and “objets d’art”in Camden Lock Market, alongside the likes of Annie Lennox and Anita Roddick, creator of the Body Shop.
