Mr. Beliveau was a co-owner and founder of Inspect International. This company sold and supported Franchises and at one point had 6 offices operating under the Inspect International name. Firstclass Building Inspections (FBI) Ltd. was Mr. Beliveau's personal company which operated under the Inspect International umbrella. Franchise operations ceased in 2009 and Mr Beliveau continued performing inspections individually.
