Woodbridge Walk-In is an urgent care clinic located at Barranca Pkwy, Irvine, CA serving the residents of Irvine since 1982. We provide a wide range of urgent care services to patients of all ages. Our aim is to offer high quality urgent care facilities in a compassionate and caring environment. We provide immediate medical assistance to patients whether on an appointment or non-appointment basis.

Our walk-in urgent care services range from first aid to cuts, bruises, burns, fever, flu and flu shots, broken bones, aches and pains, school and sports physicals, work injuries and many more. We are available seven days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM on weekdays and 8 AM to 5 PM on weekends and always ready to assist walk-in patients with any urgent healthcare need.
