About Director, Kylie Charlton:
After working in the legal industry for over a decade, Kylie observed that litigation often resulted in the parties incurring exorbitant legal fees and an outcome that rarely reflected the responsibility and interests of the parties. Consequently, Kylie undertook specialist training and became a Nationally Accredited Mediator with the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia and founded Charlton Edwards, a company providing dispute resolution services to business across Australia.
Guided by honesty, integrity and fairness, Kylie strongly believes that mediation is the most cost effective and efficient way to resolve conflict and repair business and personal relationships.
