We are Vital Maintenance and Construction Ltd and we are passionate about property. Our company is a family run business based in Orpington, Kent and we specialise in maintenance, refurbishment and construction projects. Before we founded Vital in 2004 we ran our own property rental business. We started buying properties back in 2000 and our newly acquired properties required renovation, refurbishment or alterations. After the work was complete the properties needed ongoing maintenance and repair.
