Known as the “Lot King”, Kevin Page is the Broker-Owner of Cape Shore Realty and Cape Shore Property Management Inc. and has been in the real estate business for over 30 years in Massachusetts and Florida.

While in Massachusetts, Kevin sold numerous multifamily properties in the Worcester area for himself and investors.

In 1987 he took his extensive knowledge to Cape Coral Florida and in 1989 he opened his own real estate company, Cape Shore Realty.

He quickly developed profitable relationships with realtors, builders, developers and investors that made his company successful for over 20 years.

Starting in 2002 he routinely closed 70-100 transactions per month and since inception he has closed over 8500 transactions. Kevin is a hands on broker who has done most of the transactions that investors do.
