"Terrace Apartments is located just north of downtown Salt Lake City, near the I-15 and I-80 interchange and two Light Rail lines with excellent views of the Wasatch Mountains. Close to a number of restaurants and grocery stores as well as the Salt Lake Community College, we are a convenient community.

We offer studios, one and two bedroom apartments with ample storage space inside our controlled-access grounds. Most apartments surround the pool and patio, complete with BBQs, and all levels are accessible by elevator as well as by foot.
