VoIP offers flexibility and some fantastic features, but everyone doesn\'t usually need them all. We don\'t want you to pay for features you won\'t use. The advantages to VoIP are things like saving money on your phone bill, being able to easily redirect your calls in the event of an Internet or power outage, having more control of your telecommunications, and saving capital on what can be expensive telecom equipment. Why doesn\'t everyone go with VoIP? Those without steady Internet connections can be frustrated by it, and those used to traditional phones and how they work can find some aspects of VoIP phones challenging. If you are used to having \"line appearances\\\" on your phone and a call on each one of those, parking calls & picking them up when you can\'t see what line they are on may not be for you. Our service area covers most points in the Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington region. We regularly cover from Hillsboro on the west side to Troutdale on the east, down through Wilsonville to the south and up to Longview on the north, including most points in between. If we can’t service your area, we will do our best to help you find a company that can. We also service the coast (Astoria, Warrenton, Long Beach, etc…) nowadays. Customers in those areas seem to have difficulty finding reliable telecommunications contractors, so we do what we can for them. We service most systems remotely now, so distances are no longer an issue.
