By working with freelancers for 20 years, we developed revolutionary insurance products to aid and protect the freelancer in their fight against HMRC. This included Tax Liability Cover (TLC35), a 'peace of mind' policy which covered not only Qdos' representation costs, but also indemnity for all IR35 liabilities.

A prominent expert in status issues, Qdos have won over 1,000 IR35 enquiries resulting in savings for freelancers of well over £35m. As our relationship with both contractors and underwriters has developed, more products have been added to our portfolio.
