Training
Our dedicated training division provides all our training services. Ensuring that all staff are fully compliant is a key element of our service.

Staff attend all mandatory training courses, updated yearly. We encourage clients to observe courses to appreciate the high quality of the delivery and content. We can tailor courses to any particular unit or scheme.

To give Managers documentary proof of the competency level of an individual all are provided with an ENS Training Card listing their training.

Communication
Good communication and working as a team with client Managers is central to the ongoing provision of a consistently high quality service.

Clients are provided with dedicated Account Managers as their first point of contact to develop an in depth understanding of each clients specific requirements. We are available for advice or guidance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Regular meetings are encouraged to discuss staffing issues, plan for long term cover, identify training needs, keep up to date with any changing requirements and generally build good working relationships. A coordinated problem solving approach to address issues arising is highly effective. All investigations and disciplinary hearings are also held jointly to present a consistent approach in this highly sensitive area.

Some clients find it useful for their Account Manager to attend their Managers’ meetings to discuss issues and devise joint strategies for their resolution. This is an excellent forum for two way communication and feedback.

Our software package, is used by every consultant and is linked across our branches, to allow the compilation of regular carers to a particular unit in addition to identifying geographical areas or skill set areas where further recruitment may be required.
