For the past 20 years, Brad Greenleaf has worked tirelessly to service his clients – from first-time homebuyers to his many repeat customers. With access to a large variety of loan options, Brad works with his clients to ensure he finds the right loan to meet their long-term financial and lifestyle needs.



Consistently exceeding his clients’ expectations with outstanding customer service and constant communication, Brad has an earned an exceptionally high level of 98% first loan-to-application approval ratio. With his extensive mortgage background, he is knowledgeable in a wide variety of loan products including construction renovation financing, financing for foreign nationals and has trained on the National Home Assist Refinance Program (HARP). Brad works closely with clients from first-time home buyers to jumbo move-up buyers to ensure closings are done in a timely fashion, satisfying both buyers and sellers.



A graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Brad earned an MBA at California State University. His business background is a plus in working with clients on financing their home loans, one of life’s most important financial decisions. He volunteers extensively throughout the community and is an instructor for the City of Deerfield Beach HUD Certified, First Time Homebuyers’ Seminar.
