The Boot Camp Guy is a fitness program designed to service clients with a more intensified and interactive workout for the purposes of burning calories and unwanted fat fast! The boot camp setting engages our clients to participate in a range of classes that are never the same. The goal of the Boot Camp Guy is to provide clients with a fun and energetic complete body workout for an amazingly affordable price. More importantly, a program that is the final resolution to your fitness issues.
We donât believe in weight loss gimmicks, fads and know that itâs going to take motivation and hard work to help you get it done. Our trainers will identify each fitness level, separate the group and modify the exercises to fit your fitness level. We specifically designed our classes to accommodate a variety of fitness levels and skill. Our Trainers are able to identify a clientâs fitness level and adjust the workout accordingly real time. With prices starting at $5 per class, this ever changing, circuit training, fat burning workout has proven to be a great value and unmatched by any of our competitors.
Founder, Chris Brown, has 13 years of professional fitness experience teaching clients how to reach their personal fitness goals through nutrition, exercise and hard work. As a certified personal trainer and former United States Marine, he knows how to structure a plan to meet your specific personal needs.
âI am not the trainer to give you false motivation by screaming in your ear or by reminding you about everything you should dislike about yourself in an attempt to motivate you. Negativity didnât work as a kid so itâs probably not going to work to get you to do things as an adult. Unfortunately many personal trainers in the fitness industry who watch too much T.V. have decided this is what boot camp is all about. It is such a small portion of what actually goes on in Marine Corps Boot Camp because of the mental challenges each recruit is given.â
