Second Base provides bespoke leadership development programmes including workshops, off-site residential experiences and executive coaching. All programmes include an experiential element with an outdoor experience, wellbeing practices and a community engagement activity.

Our programmes are based on the principles of values-based leadership and support leaders in developing greater self awareness and learning more empowering connection skills. Our intensive programmes are transformational experiences that take people outside of their normal comfort zones to introduce them to some compelling learning experiences. Our programmes can be run is any location internationally for organizational groups and a mixed participant programme is run in Nepal twice a year.
