Alva Roy Architects is an award-winning architectural firm based in Toronto. Since our formation in 2003, we have pushed the boundaries of architecture and interior design by our innovative use of building through HONEST material and design techniques. To explain the design and construction process, we have broken it down into seven main phases. Pre-design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Building Permit Application Document, Construction Documents drawing, Interior Design, and Contract Administration. There are many coordination and consultation between client, architect, consultants, and contractor within each phase. There are a series of step that has to be taken in each stage, from coordination with consultant and contractor to refining the project details to ensure all project requirements meet and client’s expectation are maintained.
