New Vanderbilt Rehab and Care Center provides 24 hour skilled nursing care, comprehensive rehabilitation and specialized services for those in need of sub-acute post hospital care. We are always happy to assist, give us a call or contact us at any time. We are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Our professional cardiac rehabilitation physical therapists create individualized programs to meet the specific needs and goals of each patient. Throughout each workout, the cardiac status of all patients is continuously monitored for patient safety and maximum effectiveness.

Individualized weaning program are developed for best patients outcomes. Once a patient is off the respirator, the next step involves the removal of the tracheostomy tube. This is only done after close observation establishes the viability of the patient’s medical status. Skilled intervention concentrates on strengthening & reconditioning through a program of decannulation and progressive rehabilitation.
