John Colic explained that this facility shall have 4 levels of dedicated boys brothel facilities and shall operated 24 hours, 7 days a week. John explained that forecastle revenue is over $35 for a 15 minute visit and the facility can cater for over 20 visitors at any time.
John has been advertising on Craigs List for full and part time positions and has a long list of applicants for workers, cleaners and security agents. John explained in a statement that he shall be lifting the minimum wage and working his boys on a bonus tariff, John explained that having collected wages for over 20 years, you never seem to get ahead, now it is time for workers to get a genuine payment for genuine quality service. John shall be collecting a fixed royalty of 6.66% fixed for all services and in return he offers protection, cleaning, advice and assistance for first timers.
John Colic when challenged about focusing on only boys in this facility explained that a mixed sex brothel is not open for consideration at the moment, but other franchise option may be considered for heterosexual service from 2020 onwards.
