Dr. Michael Kelly is Board certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, Greater Miami Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, Florida Medical Association and Dade County Medical Society.
