Evolve Psychotherapy LA was founded by licensed psychotherapist Cynthia H. Zaragoza, LMFT with an aim to provide compassionate, heart-centered care for adolescents, teens and young adults. Cynthia specializes in the areas of body image, low-self worth, anxiety, depression, intimacy, vulnerability and relationships/dating. She utilizes Mindfulness-Based Interventions and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals re-establish a relationship with themselves and learn tools for healthy everyday living. Cynthia founded Evolve Psychotherapy LA with a passion and purpose to support individuals during challenging life experiences. She finds it truly rewarding to witness the growth and strength in each individual’s process and exploration.
