Salt City Mental Health provides counseling for individuals, couples, and families. Our facility takes an individualistic approach for each of our clients; providing a safe environment for effective movement forward. Evidence based techniques are used to help each person identify how to connect, communicate, and experience emotions as an individual, or as part of a relationship. Common things we assist our clients with include anxiety, depression, couples counseling, transitions, faith crisis, LGBTQ issues, infidelity, sexual connection, and trust.
