We focus on clients that have quality business models and creditworthy customers, but are unable to qualify for traditional bank loans. Durham’s strength is in structuring creative solutions that address our client’s cash flow challenges, provide a high level of security, and facilitate the collections process. We have purchased invoices from clients with special circumstance including tax liens and existing bank lines that won’t allow them to meet the underwriting requirements of less flexible factors.
